Slow, connectivity issues and always stuck

Extremely poor app.  Wry slow. Doesn’t work most of the time. Moving around the accounts on the apl app feels like you are in the Stone Age if it works it’s too slow. Other times it just doesn’t work. Looks like designed and developed by a child. Needs serious upgrading and stability. A banking app that isn’t stable is not beneficial at all.

Compared to the previous version, it shows Good improvement and better app but unfortunately still buggy and need further fixes.

 1. For example choosing some accounts like Wakala account get the app to stop working and hangs on searching but stuck.
2. Old expired cards ( debt and credit) still shows in the account as blocked, why??? You should removed them.
3. Some old replaced credit card still shows active, where should be cancelled and removed from the system

This new app is a very good start compared to the previous App, but : - still require a lot series work compared to other banks app available in Oman - The layout and the color are really bad, hardly can see yellow color background with faded text. -Tried the app and I have discovered that, : - exiting the app does not mean you logged out from your account . So it will not allow you to renter again so It means stuck you cannot use the app ,It also does not link your credit card, even though the option is available. It does not have Face ID . That is for now Good start but please fix…

The bank’s app is fast, user-friendly, and very convenient. I appreciate the smooth navigation, secure access, and easy transactions. Great job!
