Even after sending them emails, giving them calls. They said they have noted down the details as per receipt. But guess what? It’s not accepted if it’s just displayed on the app. And not to talk about how much of a hassle it is to order a new physical card. People have complained before and they still haven’t fixed it —— Edit: I don’t have a Medibank account. I have an overseas student health cover card and I’m trying to add that to my Apple wallet. I’ve ordered an ahm card and it’s been over two weeks but it still hasn’t arrived. Log into your My Medibank app 2. On the home page, click “Digital card” 3. Follow the prompts until your digital card shows on screen 4. You can start using your digital card right away. If you still want a physical card, you can order it online on My Medibank. Please refer to the below steps: Website: Head to https://members.medibank.com.au/ and log in using your Medibank account. Access ‘Me’ on the top menu, scroll down to the ‘Need a new card?’ section and click on ‘Order a new card’. Select either ‘Additional card request’ or ‘Lost, stolen or replacement’. After months of trying to get my OSHC cancellation and refund processed, I still haven’t received any response or solution. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no interest in helping their customers. This insurance is a complete waste of time and money.
