# WHAT IS AHOY CLOUD PBX?

Businesses can configure greetings, departments, business hours and call routes. Calls can be answered using desk phones, IP phones or the AHOY App.

# MOBILE EXTENSION AND WORK-FROM-HOME

The AHOY App is a mobile extension and calling endpoint for AHOY Cloud PBX.

# AI CUSTOMER SERVICE

AI customer service is not an AI agent built directly into the AHOY App.

After AHOY Cloud PBX is activated and configured, a traditional keypad IVR can be replaced with AI customer service. The AI service can answer calls and transfer them to human extensions, departments or other customer service processes.

AHOY can also integrate with an external AI agent operated by the customer or a third party. AHOY manages phone numbers, call routing and extensions, while the external AI agent handles conversations and customer responses.

Features depend on the AI platform, AHOY service plan and project configuration.

# WEBCALL AND LINE@

AHOY WebCall lets customers start a Click-To-Call conversation from a business website without dialing a traditional phone number.

WebCall supports integration with LINE Official Account, also known as LINE@. Businesses can add a WebCall entry point to their LINE Official Account menu, messages or links.

AHOY WebCall extends the ability to reach customers around the world through your website with a modern Click-To-Call feature.

# EXISTING PHONE SYSTEMS

AHOY can integrate E.164 telephone numbers, PSTN landlines, existing IP PBX (IPPBX) systems, SIP phones, IP phones and mobile extensions.
