Now patients of medical care providers that participate in the KOS Program can communicate more easily with doctors easier and take better care of their health.

Why use AHP KOS Zawał?

 - Follow your daily plan - check out a clear schedule for when to take medications and what readings to take in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

 - Know exactly which medications to take  - see prescribed medications and their dosages, or add them by yourself.

 - See your medical advice  -the application will display all the suggestions from your doctor so that you can read them again whenever you need. 

 - Manage appointment dates  -  request or reschedule your appointments in the app. You can also check out upcoming or past visits.

 - Track your health data  - add and keep your blood pressure, pulse, weight, and glycemia readings in one place. Your doctor will also have access to them.

 - See visual readings summaries  - take a look at your data graphs, notice trends or your regularity in taking them.

 - Pre-visit surveys  - fill out the survey sent by your doctor to reduce visit time and make your appointment more effective.
