It was steady, but causing drippage from underneath it now it is not steady at all not satisfied with it at all. When I first purchased I had one bad service guy come out but I notified AHS and they fixed it right away and sent another company. I’ve been treated AMAZINGLY well. I highly recommend AHS! Completely satisfied. They’re consistently prompt to follow up, and the servicemen they assign to us are always professional. I’ve yet to have a problem require multiple service visits to diagnose. I’m a particular fan of the video call with a service expert, during which they’ll help you solve your problem in real time. I like this service because even if it can’t be solved without an in-person serviceman, the on-call video expert will still write a troubleshooting summary with possible diagnoses to help expedite the in-person service. ### 3/5 — Washer *2026-08-01, version 2.31.35* Not pleased ### 5/5 — Quick response *2026-07-31, version 2.31.35* AHS was quick to assign someone to help. Sometimes that company is a bit slower but most were quick. Can’t cancel on app but can renew and be charged. 1.5 hour call wait time to try to cancel. Terrible business. Broken garage door spring and suddenly we need a multitude of other non important repairs totaling almost 400 dollars of things to repair this all out of pocket with the gold plan. Waited almost 2 weeks for a repairman to show up and had to take a day off with the timeframe like the cable guy. When you want to cancel, you can’t immediately- they play around with you connecting to different departments without any outcome/action. Be ready to fight and call them and spend days 2. They have very less third party coverage and they have no authority on the service providers; when complained - they just rub their hands off even though it is the rightful claim 3. They increased my $36 monthly auto-payment to $74 without informing me - when called, again horrible service ### 1/5 — do not use this company *2026-07-28, version 2.31.35* Got an estimate back for my claim where they say there’s $6152 worth of non covered costs that i will need to pay out of pocket for wear and tear being the reason for denial, while my policy states that wear and tear should be covered. Was on the phone with them for more than an hour and even talked to their escalation team and they did not seem to understand why i was asking about this discrepancy. I asked if they had an email i could write to showing pictures of their reasoning for denial along with my policy showing that it should be covered and they said they didn’t, but that i can use the chat feature on the app. Tried to do that and got a message that they are too busy and that chat is unavailable. If you contest it they charge you another fee to send someone for a second opinion. ### 1/5 — AC unit *2026-07-01, version 2.29.44* I called and created a ticket on 4/3/26 for my AC. There contractor came out and said the unit needed 3 parts in which they couldn’t be found so they suggested a new unit. After at least 20 calls to AHS they never would approve a new unit so on 6/5/26 I had the unit replaced out of my own pocket hoping they would reimburse me. After I sent a certified letter they got back with me and lied and told me they approved a new unit. I never was informed of this until after I contacted them with legal threats.
