我是买的永久会员，使用过程中，一天中很多时候完全满意反应，像死机一样，再问问题显示等待，想清空也不行，完全就是垃圾，遇到这样情况申诉无门，没有解决的渠道，付费之后完全没有人管，有被骗感觉，体验极差
