A specifically bought this sauna because it had an app so I could remotely preheat. I have not been able to get the app to work at all.

This app does not connect, does not work. So devastating to have the promise of remote control only to discover it is a false promise. As the previous frustrated reviewer stated DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME trying to get this to work. Resign yourself to manually operating your sauna cabin

For me, this was an expensive purchase to buy the 3 person sauna. I specifically chose this one because I could start to preheat it from upstairs. I was disappointed when I realized the Bluetooth connection only works 1/10 times when I open the app. It doesn’t connect via WiFi. App also crashes a ton. I wish I would have seen these reviews on the app before purchasing. The app made this purchase regretful.

Difficult to set up, rarely connects once set up. Works well on the rare occasion it connects. Expect to operate the sauna manually, because the app will waste hours of your time trying to get it going.

Ich verstehe die Bewertung nicht. 
Sauna einstecken; App aufmachen, auf das Rad für Einstellungen drücken, Sauna-BT auswählen und fertig ist die Fernbedienung. 
Gleiches Menü wie hier abgebildet oder in der Sauna ist. 
Klappt bei mir sogar über ein Stockwerk hinweg. 
Also vorheizen ohne runter zu gehen ist schon toll :-)



Mich würde mal die Erwartungshaltung von den schlechten Bewertungen interessieren….

App opens up.  Intially had connectivity issues but was able to resolve.  App disconnects from sauna  spontaneously. App will open up but the. Close spontaneously.   Would be helpful if wifi was built into sauna and connect to  it while on wifi.   It is nice to coonect to sauna to preheat it. From most anywhere in house.  Also would be helpful if the app had a timer that it would turn on at any specific time.   So far it is serving my purpose. Time will tell
