## What is AI Armour?

App通过蓝牙连接智能健身衣蓝牙模块，用户穿戴EMS健身衣，在app端EMS模式中选择自由训练或指导训练模式进行运动，App可根据设置的参数调节肌电强度，同时进行运动，达到多倍的运动量，进行减脂、 增肌或康复训练。
