## What is AI Assisted FoodTracker?

AIFoodTracker makes calorie counting effortless. Take a photo of your meal and AI instantly identifies every food item, estimates portions, and logs the full nutritional breakdown — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber.

A simple MyFitnessPal-style workflow on iPhone—without typing every ingredient. Log from a photo, barcode, or search; see calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber in one place.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Snap a photo of your meal
2. AI detects each food and estimates portions automatically
3. Review, adjust if needed, and save
4. Track your daily intake with clear charts and summaries

No more searching databases or guessing portion sizes. Just point, shoot, and track.

KEY FEATURES

- AI Photo Analysis — Photograph any meal and get instant nutritional estimates. Powered by advanced vision models that recognize hundreds of foods.

- Complete Macro Tracking — Monitor calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Set personalized daily goals and track progress with intuitive ring charts.

- Weight Monitoring & Forecast — Log your weight over time and see a data-driven forecast based on your actual intake. The chart adapts to your real eating patterns.

- Apple Watch App — Track calories, log meals, manage fasting timers, and log weight right from your wrist. Watch face complication shows calories remaining at a glance.

- Share Extension — Send any meal photo from the Photos app straight into FoodTracker for AI analysis.

- Apple Health (optional) — Read active and resting energy from Health. Optionally write logged meals back to Health.

- Nutrition Label Scan — Point the camera at a nutrition facts label to capture macros quickly.

- iCloud Sync — Your data syncs seamlessly across iPhone and Apple Watch via CloudKit.

- Privacy First — All data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud. No accounts, no third-party tracking.
