This app is terrible i was looking for an actual app to practise dodging but everything is behind a paywall it’s actually good but you need to pay for everything maybe adding a feature for smarter ai coach will work instead of making you to pay for the key things you need in boxing just get the shadow boxing app

hi ! I’m 15 and was looking to get into boxing ( i couldn’t go to a gym ) . I was gonna do youtube videos but FOUND THIS APP. ITS AMAZING . IT TEACHES YOU FHE BASICS OF BOXING FOR FREE. Yes you have to pay for more(  £8 a month  ) but it IS SO WORTH IT .

The interactive defense drills in this app have really boosted my defense. The drills are easy to follow and have improved my reaction time and ability to dodge and block punches. Definitely recommend this app.
