Apple refused to remove the charge and told me to contact the app developer. I sent more than one email to the app developer and they do not respond. So I decided to re-download the app since I had a year subscription anyway, and it will not give me access to the premium features and the AI response with I’m sorry my connection is bad or I’m sorry I wasn’t paying attention. When I try to use the premium features, it prompts me to either try another free trial or pay for another subscription. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-02-09* Don’t waste money. I signed up for the 3-day trial and my card was charged. The app responses are horrible. **Developer response:** Hey, really sorry about this experience. Our 3-day free trial is only available on the weekly plan, and in rare cases the App Store can immediately convert a trial if there was a previous subscription on the Apple ID (even from another device). Also: we’re actively improving the quality of the AI responses, and your feedback helps us prioritize fixes fast. ### 1/5 — Meh… *2025-12-26* I don’t like it. The app it’s running very slow. I subscribe for try all the features and the app just don’t recognize the purchase. I can’t create an account for keep my progress and it’s just not working properly **Developer response:** Hey sorry to hear that! Can’t create characters or use any premium features, I’ve emailed for support but the email address bounced back. **Developer response:** Hey sorry to hear that and thanks for leaving this review, so we can address this issue!
