This has been a great for understanding and measuring my calories and macros (particularly protein). Works quickly, seems to be really good at understanding what it’s scanning. Notice it has some portion control issues if you scan something like the top of a bowl of cereal where it can’t see total volume (because of the bowl). But like that I can edit amounts when there’s an issue.

I love this app. Hands-down in my top favorites I’ve ever used. I have never been diligent enough to count or track calories, though it’s clearly the effective way to monitor your food intake and lose weight.

This tracker makes it so easy. Set your goals and take a quick picture of what you eat. Save some as favorites if you eat a lot of the same things. Not only is app itself helpful to follow as a daily guide, it’s eye-opening to see how many calories are in certain foods. One of my favorite takeout orders is a half of my daily goal. And once you train yourself to use it, I think it also helps you cut out some mindless eating. Ten stars!

So heres the thing, I’ve always known that I wanted to track my nutrition and diet. It was always such a hassle looking at the nutrition information, calculating service size, etc, manually. But now, with this app, I save so much time and effort! It’s so wonderful to just take a photo and have the intricate AI system calculate all of the information for me! One thing I find fascinating too is the ability to show you what you need to eat to gain/lose weight healthily and consistently. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to track their diet AND anyone who just wants to see some cool information. As my Grandfather would say “that’s the ticket!” Have a nice day and God bless.

This app really helps me keep track of my food in an easy and quick way. Just a quick picture! I also like that I can save meals that I eat frequently or use recent meals if I have leftovers. I can already tell that this app is working to help me reach my goals.
