Mi reloj que apenas tiene 4 meses no puedo volver a conectarlo a la app que han actualizado. No reconoce el numero de serie y no puedo por tanto configurar nada.

With the update to latest release I have lost my account and the connectivity to my device. And so far it has been impossible to find a responsive support. The FAQ section of the app just contains dummy text.
