I paid for premium services, but I could not access GPT five nor could I access the image tools. Even after I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It was useless to me.

**Developer response:** We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Premium features such as GPT-5 access and image generation should work normally after subscription activation. In some cases, it may take a short time for the App Store purchase to sync properly with the account.

Please make sure you are signed in with the same account used for the subscription purchase, then try restoring purchases from the app settings. If the issue continues, contact our support team and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
