Except, last year they did some sort of update and it was hard to reach them and I had to get Apple Support on the line to help me reach out to them. It was so much work, but it started working again. This summer, same problem, it freezes up, takes forever in my opinion to respond and they don’t respond through support. I can’t count on this app and they are a third party too. Probably why it is having so many issues.
