Virtually every prompt that I have given has resulted in close to worthless sub par information. I have tried creating images, asked for help rewording emails, and many other simple questions and it’s almost like AI is simply not interested in helping or answering my questions. Es gibt aktuell so viele kaum komplizierterere Wege kostenlos mit einer ki zu schreiben und Fragen zu stellen warum sollte man dann nur weil es eine App ist dafür zahlen? But, I noticed a couple days ago that I was being charged for this app and I did not subscribe to it. I get to investigating more and they have been charging me for close to a year if not longer. I immediately contacted apple and I can only try for a refund for 8 charges. So, these ppl who feel like have stolen money from someone battling cancer and is already struggling. I have tried over and over to contact them but every time I do, it will not go through. The lady from apple even tried to help me and we never could get it to go through. I would recommend checking your bank accounts to make sure you’re not being charged for their app. Other than that I do not know anything about the app itself. I use ChatGpt & always have. I was charged $59.99 for an automatic yearly renewal without realizing my subscription was still active. I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and did not use the service after the renewal. I contacted support right away, but my refund request was denied. The support process was frustrating, confusing, and mostly handled by automated responses that repeatedly referenced the wrong purchase before finally refusing a refund. Customers should be extremely careful when signing up and make sure to cancel well before renewal.
