January 1, 2025, it no longer saves incidents. We get notices on a locked screen but when we go into the incidents, nothing is there. This isn’t the first time there have been issues with the system. ### 2/5 — Works sometimes *2024-12-15, version 4.4.1* This app is not ideal. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn’t. Every iOS update seems to affect its function. It’s no where near as good as Nest or Hue platforms. My main issue with this app is that the notifications only include the “channel number” and not the name of the camera. The cameras have good views but without a properly functioning app, defeats the purpose! Almost every day I get notifications of Video Loss Alarm ( I also have other cameras from another company and never have this issue), when checking an individual camera screen and then clicking it back to view all cameras together, you have to add the other cameras again. Ridiculous!!! Sometimes the motion detection works and sometimes not. So many other disfunctions of settings etc. of things that should work and don’t. I paid a lot for this camera system and completely disappointed!!! Easy to check on the parking lot, front and back doors, and I use it anytime I’m on the road or not at work. Alarm system in the office got tripped once and I figured it was false alarm by watching the video playback from the cameras. I can watch as much as the NVR storage can hold. Recommend more storage especially if you’ve got the 4K cameras like me.
