会社の指示で使わされているがはっきり言って効果はないと思う。
オペレーターが早口でかつ通信品質が悪すぎて何を言っているか聞き取れない。
相手の名前どころか自分の名前でさえ聞き取れないこともかなりの頻度で発生している。
とはいえ確認される内容は決まっているので内容が全く聞き取れなくても受け答えは完了する。(これでいいのか？)
さらにあってはならないことだと思うが確認すべき項目を聞かれないことも時々ある。
管理会社は通信品質の悪さとオペレーターの早口が合わさるとどのような状況になるのかアルコールチェックをされる側として確認してみるといい。
