Hello! 
Please help me to solve my problem. I downloaded your app and liked the trial cover. I payed annual subscription, but the app doesn’t see it. It still suggests me to pay for premium even though I did it already. 

I can’t tapp the “support” button in the app either.

Never loads my voice, daughter's or anybody else's that I record. I paid for a year but it only loads the characters voices never any that I record myself whether i use the app to record or upload a file i recorded with another app.

課金をしておりますが未だ課金を求める表示が消えず機能も使えない状況で、サポートセンターにメールも送りましたが返信も来ないという状態なのでこのまま使えないということなら返金申請をさせていただきます。

(追伸)メールを送らせていただきましたがその後全く音沙汰ありません。どうすれば良いのでしょうか？
