I contacted the help desk and was told to download the newest version of the software which I had already done. When I contacted them again I was told that they had to actually add the song to their data base. When they did this the AI said the lyrics were too sexually suggestive and therefore would not allow the AI to proceed. When I contacted the help desk again I was told that they would not override the AI exclusion of this song... it's a Frank Sinatra time for Cripes sake. There are way more suggestive sings on their list that are not excluded.
