when I got this app, I thought it was gonna be fun and quick, but turns out no you have to pay for a bunch of stuff to even do a AI dance

**Developer response:** Thanks for giving it a shot. Here's what's actually going on when you make one: your photo isn't getting a filter or a preset dropped on top of it — it becomes the character in a brand-new video, built across hundreds of frames, moving through choreography that gets animated for it. Making that final video is the paid part. If you want a hand picking a dance or sorting out the options before you decide, email support@pepr.online — happy to walk you through it.

Paid and an hour later still downloading my video

**Developer response:** Hi Annie, we’re really sorry for the frustrating experience. Your video should not stay downloading for that long after payment. This may have been caused by a temporary processing or network issue on our side.

Please contact us through Settings > Support in the app, or email us with your account details, and we’ll help check the video status as soon as possible. If the generation failed, we’ll make sure your credits/order are properly handled.
