### 2/5 — Misdiagnosis

*2025-11-08, version 6.1.2*

Diagnosed what turned out to be an actinic keratosis as a Basel cell carcinoma. 52% cancer probability. AKs and BCC can share similar presentations but one would think the AI model could be more precise. These are fairly common lesions. App OK but not quite ready for prime time.

### 1/5 — Not accurate

*2025-08-22, version 6.1.1*

I have freckles and it told me I have dermatitis instead of looking at the mole I wanted reviewed. No help at all.

### 1/5 — Results

*2025-08-18, version 6.1.1*

Way off diagnosis

### 1/5 — This app doesn’t work

*2025-08-12, version 6.1.1*

I tried it and it told me I had shingles hahaha
It was poison oak.

### 1/5 — To pushing To Sell

*2025-08-10, version 6.1.1*

They didn’t give a chance to try the app and very aggressively pushing for subscription upgrade.

### 1/5 — On what databases is this based?

*2025-08-09, version 6.1.1*

Doesn't seem to take into account other skin conditions besides skin cancer.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-08-03, version 6.1.1*

Let’s you scan and denies results without money.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-08-02, version 6.1.1*

Don’t waste your time or money like I did. I uploaded photos of my confirmed (and later surgically removed) Stage 1a melanoma and a separate moderately dysplastic Nevus and this app returned not as “benign nevi” for both. Don’t trust the results.

### 1/5 — USELESS

*2025-07-29, version 6.1.1*

“this photo is not suitable” is the only message you will get

### 2/5 — Not very thorough

*2025-07-28, version 6.1.1*

This app is not very thorough. It has you take picture but doesn’t ask you your age or sex or what part of the body it is on. I tried a different app which gave me way more accurate results than this. I was looking up a rash on my arms. Perhaps it is better if you are looking just at one spot.

### 3/5 — Up front cost

*2025-07-24, version 6.1.1*

Would have been nice to have before starting but the price is not too bad

### 1/5 — You should be ashamed

*2025-07-18, version 6.1.0*

your app told me with 98% certainty i had skin cancer and absolutely ruined a week of my life until i was able to see a specialist. I had ringworm. kind of a big miss.

### 1/5 — Nope

*2025-07-12, version 6.1.0*

Compared to what two “human” dermatologist said…. Ai is not even close

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-07-01, version 6.0.4*

I just bought a “license” from the app and it was worthless - they still want me to pay more to subscribe. Don’t waste your money!!

### 1/5 — For entertainment purposes only

*2025-06-30, version 6.0.4*

Not accurate

### 2/5 — App does not work more then half the time.

*2025-06-30, version 6.0.4*

I would try another app. The program does not load you pictures more then half the time. It’s not a WiFi or cellular issue.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent In-App Purchase – Do Not Trust

*2025-06-18, version 6.0.4*

I did not intend to purchase a subscription, so I exited out of that screen. Instead, I was shown an option for a one-time in-app purchase: 2 scans for $4.99. Since I had a scan I wanted reviewed, I decided to go ahead with it.

Immediately after completing the purchase, nothing happened—no scan was processed, and the app prompted me to purchase the same thing again. I exited and tried to restore my purchase, but nothing worked.

They took my $4.99, and I received absolutely nothing in return. This feels like a scam, and I’m very disappointed. I’ll be requesting a refund through Apple and reporting this to prevent others from being misled.

### 1/5 — Failed Server Upload

*2025-06-17, version 6.0.4*

I tried to upload a picture 14 times, same error. The server is not working, the API is working wrongly

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Took my money but didn't share results

*2026-01-29, version 6.2.1*

Pay-per-use didn't work for me. It took my payment but never unblocked the results. There is ZERO recourse available. Apple doesn't allow disputes for these transactions (it assumes you received the service) and this Latvian company with Florida address has no contact info that I could find anywhere on the app.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-11-16, version 6.1.2*

I uploaded a photo and agreed to pay $3.99 for one result. Then after the payment screen it still wouldn’t let me see the result!!

### 1/5 — Unhelpful

*2025-10-20, version 6.1.1*

Title says it all

### 1/5 — Thieves

*2025-10-17, version 6.1.1*

They offer a one time result and then just keep sending you back to the offers..you owe me $4.99
Btw Not every picture is a mole.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-10-16, version 6.1.1*

Imagine charging money to do a skin check and its all AI

### 1/5 — Incorrect and misleading

*2025-10-05, version 6.1.1*

I used this and the result was totally misleading and said No risk as nothing serious. Thank god I had it checked by a dermatologist as it was skin cancer and advanced and needed surgery. Don’t use these apps , see a professional.

### 1/5 — Gave wrong dx every time

*2025-09-20, version 6.1.1*

Multiple times

### 1/5 — Inaccurate diagnosis

*2025-09-06, version 6.1.1*

I scanned 5 times and received 2 different diagnosis which are based on different photos so that’s not surprising. The diagnosis was for a basic normal condition which most everyone has. I’ve been researching my condition which is a bit more complex than the 58 conditions that this app seems to be programmed for. I was hoping the app would be able to confirm my diagnosis. The app recommends that I see a dermatologist. At least this experiment only cost me 9.99.

### 1/5 — Works a few times then not

*2025-08-29, version 6.1.1*

Literally worked a few times then hasn't found the server since. Not worth the money if it's this unstable.

### 1/5 — Beware Scam!

*2025-08-27, version 6.1.1*

Taking my money weekly, no way to cancel these charges anywhere. Attempted to contact their email. My understanding is this was a one off payment for one photograph

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2025-08-12, version 6.1.1*

This app just saved me - not only being nervous on what was going on with my skin (results in under a minute!!!) , but also a pricey trip to a doctor

### 5/5 — This app saved my life

*2024-12-19, version 6.0.3*

I rarely write reviews, but this app correctly identified the mole as being suspicious and referred me to see the doctor. Long story short it was correct in its diagnosis. Thanks to this app and developers as it pushed me to go and see a doctor and potentially saved my life

### 5/5 — Successfully diagnosed me with a rare eczema

*2024-11-06, version 6.0.1*

Which was later confirmed by my PCP! Thank you for creating and providing this technology.

### 5/5 — Accurate

*2024-06-04*

Last week I downloaded the app and took a picture of a concerning growth on my head. It came back with 92% confidence on the diagnosis. Went to the dermatologist this morning and received the same diagnosis. I told the derm about the app diagnosis after. I love what AI can do for healthcare and look forward to having this app be a supplemental tool to my dermatologist

### 5/5 — Review

*2022-12-02*

Thank you so much😊 it's about time I figure this out, it's the worst & painful. I've seen many doctors an not a one can be straight with me or even know what it is. I've been told numerous of times, I'm on drugs or your doing meth. U have relieved a lot of stress off me and now I can finally deal with it and get my nice, clean skin back & not be so embarrassed to go out with friend's & family. Thank you!!!💛
