Hi! I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Did you try to select a different “Readability”, “Strength” or “Purpose”? They will significantly change the style of Humanization. The default Readability is “High School”, which aligns with your comment! Try with “University” or “Doctorate”. Best, Aram.
