## What is AI Email Writer?

Write clear, professional emails with the right tone. AI Email Writer helps you polish drafts, create replies, and turn a few notes into a complete email.

Rewrite with confidence. Paste your draft and adjust the wording for a warmer reply, a firmer request, or a more formal message. Compare your original text with the rewrite, see what changed, and read a short explanation of how the message may come across.

Reply with a clear purpose. Paste an email you received, add any details you want to include, and choose your response. Show interest, decline politely, ask for more information, or simply acknowledge the message.

Start from a few notes. Describe what you need to say and get a draft with a subject line. Use it for client followups, meeting requests, thank you messages, apologies, and everyday work or personal emails.

Make the tone fit the situation. Choose from neutral, warm, firm, formal, direct, and apologetic styles. Set the length to short, standard, or detailed, and tailor the message to a client, coworker, boss, professor, support team, or landlord. Refine the result to make it shorter, warmer, firmer, or more formal.

Review before you send. Edit the generated text, copy it, share it, or open it in your email composer. Find previous emails in your searchable history and reuse wording that worked for you.

Write across languages. Generate emails in 16 languages and choose your interface language separately. The interface supports English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Simplified Chinese. Change your app language during setup or in Settings.

Find the right phrase. Browse an English phrase library for requests, followups, replies, attachments, greetings, and signoffs. Read tone tips and copy useful alternatives. The phrase library works offline.

Get started without creating an account. Free access includes a limited daily allowance for AI writing and access to the phrase library. Upgrade to Pro to remove the daily generation limit and work with longer messages. AI writing requires an internet connection.

Spend less time rewriting and more time getting your message across. Write your next email with AI Email Writer.
