I canceled the free trial because I didn’t use it as often as I thought I would. But it kept trying to come out of my account, so I paid the bill and then tried to get a refund hoping it would help me be able to download apps again, and now I can’t even get my money back. I tried finding ways to contact the company and literally couldn’t find anything, so now I’m writing a review in hopes of getting a refund.
