I canceled the free trial because I didn’t use it as often as I thought I would. But it kept trying to come out of my account, so I paid the bill and then tried to get a refund hoping it would help me be able to download apps again, and now I can’t even get my money back. I tried finding ways to contact the company and literally couldn’t find anything, so now I’m writing a review in hopes of getting a refund. The emoji rarely matches the description you give it & they can be wildly incorrect. Why would it generate a hand with 6 fingers? 2. Emoji generation takes too long and sometimes times out. I suspect it’s because I’m trying to generate too many emojis in a short amount of time. But I’m doing that because of issue #1. I’m glad I only paid for this for 1 month. About to cancel. When I use the search to find emojis, the scroll is ridiculous because as soon as I try to scroll to see all the options my search gave me, it pastes whatever I barely touch. Just the act of scrolling through the emojis even on the very right side, will just pick an emoji as I try to scroll.
