This app appears to be fraudulent. Even after the initial payment, further payments are still required. It may be designed to deceive users by collecting personal information, financial data, or other sensitive details under false pretenses. I would recommend avoiding downloading or using it and reporting it to the appropriate authorities or app store for further investigation
