Ok, so each week they’ve been awarding +15 credits, but suddenly take -15 credits away just a few days later citing “pro benefits overdue”. You’re then left with net 0 bonus credits every week. Please ignore refund request, it was a mistake! *2024-04-06, version 2.1.1* Hi team, I love the app. Huge apologies I put in a refund request on the Apple Store because I got confused between this app and another one which is absolutely terrible. The other app was also supposed to offer a three day trial and it did not. Face mod is absolutely fantastic. Impeccable results in very difficult time. I received a note back from apple saying the purchase was "not eligible for refund" and I then unfortunately I counted that response. However I didn't realise at the time because the other app has a very similar name. I was not ever supposed to put in a refund request for this face mod.
