I’ve already paid for the yearly subscription. The app takes forever to load or sometimes it doesn’t even load at all. Also, when it comes for the face selection, it doesn’t show the actually faces you want to swap out, it only shows the faceless icons. Fix it and I’ll rate you guys again. As soon as you click the free trial you’ll be charged $63.59! Even before you use the application, no chance to decide whether you are satisfied or not! There isn’t any support, the customer service is non responsive and non existent, they have not replied to me. Apple and PayPal have refused to assist in this case even with the clear evidence, do not use this application the result are mediocre at best.
