Also app is not working at the moment. When I open it, it shows me the update screen and when i click on the button to update it there is no update option available on App store. It has been 2 days now that i am not able to use the app. A new problem now. Why am i not able to access to my account on App. It is telling me to upgrade my plan when I already bought yearly plan few months back? The page refreshes by itself approximately every 3 minutes for no apparent reason. When this happens, a large portion of my ongoing conversation is either deleted or forgotten by the AI. I often lose context, previous messages disappear, and I have to repeat information multiple times. This issue makes it extremely difficult to have long or productive conversations. Please investigate and fix the automatic page refresh and chat memory loss bug as soon as possible. Expected behavior: * The page should not refresh unexpectedly. * Chat history should remain intact. * The AI should retain the conversation context throughout the session. Many times keeps stuck on either "Thinking" or "Generating" Need to Force close the app to overcome and receive responses 2. At first, it looks like a huge platform that brings together many AI tools, which sounds great. But once you pay, you quickly realize how limited it actually is. There’s no refund policy, and everything runs on tokens with strict limits. Even a single search can cost thousands of tokens, which makes you hesitate to use the app at all because you’ll run out so quickly. What’s worse is that even “free” AI models—free on their original platforms—still cost tokens here. For premium models, the token cost is even higher, which feels unreasonable. On top of that, the file download limit is only 10MB, which is very restrictive. The app also sometimes stops working entirely, making the experience even more frustrating. I subscribed in January (until 4th Feb) and it was smooth, good responses, efficient and worth the spend but then i discontinued in Feb-March. Again Subscribed in April for work and now it is a totally different app with the previous interface. Sometimes it loads for 30 min and produces nothing. Sometimes leaves answers in the middle. Crashed one time and I lost my well typed out prompt. It might take some efforts in putting the prompts but at least ChatGPT responds every time. Sincerely disappointed in the app and I feel I didn’t invest my money well this time and being a student it is indeed a heavy spend. Please get it fixed TagMango or whoever is good at fixing it. I purchased the 1-year plan, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I barely used it 20–30 times in the entire year, and my credits were finished after only 10–15 image generations and content requests. Even with 5 months still remaining, I could not use the service because the credits were exhausted. The value for money is very poor. I would not recommend buying the yearly plan. Better use free versions or subscribe directly the latest vesivesionsive prototype ones. Not latest versions. Claude- Haike 4.5, Chat Gpt-5.4 ..I tried all other versions too like sonet …and so on....; If I give little complex task it asks to upgrade further to super fiesta. These simple jobs can be done usually on chrome tab by opening any ai chatbot , even complex ones too but with limited access. Better use free versions or subscribe directly the latest vesions of ai. The marketing created the impression that I would get access to powerful AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and several others in one platform. My main requirement was simple: I wanted to generate an image. To my surprise, the platform was unable to provide the functionality I expected and instead suggested hiring a graphic designer. That completely defeated the purpose of purchasing an AI tool in the first place. As a customer, I feel extremely disappointed and misled. The issue is not even the ₹6,999 I spent, it's the feeling of being cheated by something that did not meet my expectations. The advertising sets very high expectations, but my actual experience was frustrating and underwhelming. When a customer feels the product does not deliver the value that was promised in the marketing, then he should get refund immediately. From a customer perspective, this can make usage feel unnecessarily expensive and unclear. What disappointed me more was the developer response. I was on a Chris Do workshop which emphasized how great this product was and not going to lie, they did a great job of selling it! Where can I find something in the market? It takes ages to answer. While you go to chatgpt free mode, it opened a full book for me to choose. I don't know what need to be fixed in the app. With the premium subscription, I don't expect this where other free modes are beating this premium subscription. I know the developer's response could be like; you might not ask the question correctly and so on. Tbh. I copied and pasted same thing to chatgpt free mode and saw quick and suitable options. While ai fiesta can't even load my question where I am paying for the plus mode of chatgpt and other versions. I thought that I can buy all the AI modes at a platform but, I was wrong. You can't buy everything under a single roof. If anyone wants to try, try asking same sentences to ai fiesta paid mode and chatgpt free mode. Chatgpt will give you better answers with free version. Really frustrating.
