This app does not work I downloaded it yesterday tried it and keep getting something went wrong message. When I contacted support they never got back to me it charged me twice And they won’t give me my money back

Can y’all please please please fix the loading issue I had seen where a lot of people have complained about it. It says wait till after midnight and I do, I go days waiting but it won’t stop loading and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it won’t load. I’m sure people would appreciate it if you would fix it.
