### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2026-06-24, version 1.19.0*

Not sure it has been helpful

### 4/5 — Change Scales

*2025-11-22, version 1.12.13*

Please change scale system lbs to kg. I prefer both.

### 3/5 — Very helpful but needs more adaptability for variety

*2025-05-28, version 1.11.14*

Great at optimizing exercises to target most muscle groups but super repetitive and gets boring after a month of the same thing. Would be nice if it would vary the suggested exercises and allow multiple plans simultaneously to be able to switch back and forth without losing the tracking when switching from one to another.

### 2/5 — Not able to add sets

*2025-03-08, version 1.10.19*

During current workout I am able to add new exercise but not sets to it. Irony is it was working before but not anymore.

### 3/5 — Difficult to customise

*2025-02-10, version 1.10.0*

This app is ok, the exercise descriptions and animations are helpful, the AI routine seems like a handy feature, until it does something that make no sense, such as starting and ending the week of workouts with the same muscle group. So it got me starting the new week on the same muscles that are still in recovery. The app really falls short when trying to manually amend the workouts. You can’t adjust the order of days, and even when I manage to get them in the correct order by copying and deleting days, as soon as I save the plan, it reorganises the days to the same nonsensical order. There’s also no means that I can find, to skip a workout, to access the correct day of exercise I need, without claiming the workout has been completed, which is throwing off my goal tracking. For now I do not recommend this app, but hopefully with updates they will fix these issues.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-11-08, version 1.7.22*

Just used the fitness part. Great range of exercise, and I like the clear descriptions of exercise and how it will Taylor for the kit you have. I have yet to use the nutrition part but will be looking at soon!

### 3/5 — Scanner

*2024-11-07, version 1.7.22*

App is ok but don’t and can’t seem to u destined how to use the scanner to track my diet and sometimes it doesn’t even have the specific things I eat on their

### 5/5 — Solid!

*2024-11-02, version 1.7.19*

Ignore my previous review

### 3/5 — Since you asked me to write review before even using the app, here we go!

*2024-10-31*

What person in their right mind would purchase an app without using it before for US $100 ?! & THEN not have access to all features requiring a further $150 purchase ?! Are you guys catering to the Mónaco Elite or something ?

### 1/5 — Scam

*2024-10-31, version 1.7.19*

This app is a scam. Offered a free premium version via AppAdvice and gets you to sign up and then tries to charge you afterward.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Difficult to use

*2025-04-05, version 1.11.12*

Complected to use

### 1/5 — It does not even open!!!

*2025-03-07, version 1.10.19*

Both on iPad and iPhone… just the endless flashing logo that leads nowhere

### 1/5 — Can’t log in

*2025-02-26, version 1.10.12*

I’ve downloaded this app and for some reason it lets me get to the end of the sign up and then fails. Always says there’s an internet problem. 5 times now I’ve tried and I can’t do it. Used Apple ID then emails. Still nothing. My internet is stable and I have download shores of 1gb. It’s not my internet. Thanks for your response but it’s nothing to do with that at all

### 1/5 — Stealing too much data

*2025-02-25, version 1.10.9*

buying the app is not enough? you still need to collect and link so much data?

### 1/5 — Login/Sign Up

*2025-02-24*

After downloading the app and going through the 12-question assessment, I can’t sign up for an account or even login to see if I already have an account (I previously downloaded the app some time ago). I can’t properly rate the app if I can’t use it.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2025-02-24, version 1.10.9*

Was offered by Apps Gone Free with lifetime. But tired onboarding and after entering my weight, height and age it hangs.

Tried shutting down and restarting and it still hangs.

So can’t use it and can get the Lifetime Free option at all.

### 1/5 — Not ready for release

*2025-02-24, version 1.10.9*

App has been in the store for several months and appears to lack basic features. Generated workouts are poorly tailored and, for beginners, too intense and invite injury. In-app settings directs user to iOS settings to link health data, but those options are not available in iOS settings. These are not issues I should be finding in one day with an app that’s been in the Store for over 4 months. This app feels like it hasn’t gone through a week of beta testing with potential end users.

### 1/5 — stupid

*2025-02-19, version 1.10.4*

can’t use without paying

### 1/5 — Major problems

*2025-02-10, version 1.10.0*

I am having massive problems with the app. It can’t keep track of weights lifted.

You do a workout. Enter all the weights for each workout. When you try and do the workout again, all the weight data is gone.

2nd massive problem is I have had the app crash on me multiple time losing the data and wasting the workout.

Please add video tutorials on how to work the app so it doesn’t keep losing the data. Just now it’s not worth using as I am spending more time try to work out what weights I need to lift rather than working out.

Please get it fixed. I want to like this app but it has problems.

### 1/5 — Sneaky sign up

*2025-01-01, version 1.9.2*

The app initially asks you for a lot of personal info, then forces you into a short free trial of the premium service with unclear timelines how to cancel and exactly what is and isn’t included in the free version. Might as well be paid from the start

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Everything

*2025-10-23, version 1.12.12*

This app has everything I have been looking for in a training/workout planning app!

### 5/5 — Great Fitness app

*2025-10-14, version 1.12.12*

Great app for tracking workout and using Ai to build a plan

### 5/5 — Life-Changing Fitness App with Amazing Support!

*2025-06-27, version 1.11.20*

I’ve been using the Adapt app for a few months now, and it has completely transformed my fitness journey. The workouts are well-structured, easy to follow, and tailored to my goals—whether it’s building strength, improving mobility, or staying consistent. The variety keeps things exciting, and the progress tracking is super motivating!

What truly sets Adapt apart is their outstanding customer support. I had a few questions when I first started, and their team responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find an app where the developers actually listen to feedback and make improvements based on it.

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced athlete, Adapt adapts (no pun intended!) to your level and keeps you pushing forward. Highly recommend this app to anyone serious about getting fit with a plan that works.

### 5/5 — Good app for beginners

*2025-03-16, version 1.11.2*

Updated review following recent improvements. I still think there’s room to improve but I appreciate the developer response so I’m rating it 5 stars since they listen to feedback.
What’s good about this app: it’s easy to use and set up, with a simple interface. The exercise descriptions and animations are very helpful. The AI routine builder can be a bit hit and miss, but you can continue customising anything that’s not quite right.
Some suggestions: I do not see a way to save multiple workout routines. Sometimes I want to play about with a different routine without overwriting my active one. Also, I can’t find a way to skip a workout, other than just by claiming it was completed. I aim for 4 workouts, sometimes I only do 3, then I want to start my new week on the day one exercise, but I can’t access that day without claiming the 4th workout has been completed, which is throwing off my goal tracking.
My last suggestion is to add some controls to the progressive overload. It often adds 1kg of extra weight, which I do not have the option to add. The smallest weight I can add is 2.5kg. It would be really helpful to be able to set the minimum increment for the automatic progressive overload.
Thanks for taking on board the feedback, glad to see the updates are fixing issues.

### 5/5 — Overall, a beautiful application

*2025-03-06, version 1.10.18*

I hope you guys keep improving this beautiful application. (It may need more than little work, otherwise this is a solidly designed application and project). And thank you again for this beautiful application.

With Kindest Regards-BR
