## What is AI Garbage Classifier?

It is sometimes difficult to know which bin we should throw our trash into. We often want to recycle or compost, even when objects may not belong in these bins. This garbage classifier will help you determine where your trash really should go.

Simply open the app, swipe left, and take a picture of your trash. The app uses image recognition, a type of artificial intelligence, to determine where your garbage belongs. By using the camera to classify your waste, you'll help prevent wishful recycling and reduce the amount of trash that ends up in landfills.

By being responsible, you will also taking care of a virtual world at the same time! The color of your virtual world and your trash score depends on how often you use the app—the higher your score and the greener the world, the better. Each time you use the waste classifier, you'll be taking a step to help the environment and fight climate change.
