While there are some issues I hoped that signing up for the month subscription would be interesting. After purchasing it I did not receive any of the gems or associated perks advertised except for the gem discount per chat. This is extremely disappointing. I hope they can catch the mistake. Otherwise a fun app to kill time. I’ve spent a decent amount of money and time watching ads for the game to become unplayable. No matter how short house, simplified or whatever the subject may be, and will give me some variation of “Sorry I am unable to process that.” it has become more of an issue of late, and I am spending a lot of diamonds to get nothing in return. My money isn’t infinite, so I would appreciate it if you could figure out what is causing that little bug and fix it. Otherwise, y’all are doing a great job. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. Since increasing AI memory will lead to higher costs, this is a choice that needs to be weighed for us, but we will find ways to optimize and improve AI performance to meet user needs. It shouldn’t cost you gems to message your characters. There are no gems given when subscribing even though you make that the main selling point. Our earnings for ads are the same as non subscribers but you advertize it to be twice as much. Each day promises more gems per day but we only get the same amount every time.
