It pops up the Internet is slow. but there’s nothing wrong with the Internet. I have a 5G with full bars . It does not work . I think it’s a rip off .because after I bought $50 worth of tokens is when it quit working. I had to cancel then renew my subscription was for it to start working again. Now I have lost the tokens or cones that I purchased earlier. It was almost $50 worth, now they are gone. . The problem is now resolved. I got credit for the gems. I am now a happy customer.
