## What is AI Guitar Lessons & Teacher?

Meet June, your AI guitar teacher. Learn to play guitar by chatting: tell June your goal, and she sets up the right lesson, listens and adapts as you go. From the team behind GuitarTuna and Yousician.

No menus. No rigid courses. Just chat.

Try "teach me open chords" and June opens an interactive chord trainer. Try "I want to learn 90s rock strumming" and she pulls up the right song, with tempo control and strumming patterns. Ask her to tune your guitar and a smart tuner appears.

Everything you need for guitar lessons, in one conversation:

— Smart Tuner: fast, accurate tuning, powered by the same technology as GuitarTuna
— Chords & Progressions: see each shape, hear it, get finger placement tips and practice chord changes with tempo-matched loops
— Songs on Demand: ask for a song or a style and get a guided play-along with sections, strumming patterns and speed control
— Metronome & Rhythm Drills: strumming, picking, muting and timing exercises that adapt to your level
— Tabs: learn to read guitar tabs and play familiar songs, no experience needed
— Long-term Coaching: June reviews your progress over time, spots mistakes and suggests what to practice next

Why learn guitar with June:

— A teacher that hears you: a video can't hear you play. June listens and gives you real-time feedback
— Your pace, your goals: ask anything, skip what you know and focus on what matters to you
— Lessons that grow with you: tempo, exercises and content adjust as you progress
— Beginner-friendly: start from zero, or pick up where you left off

Made for first-time players learning chords, adults coming back to guitar after a break, and early intermediates working on speed, rhythm or a specific style.

How to start:
1. Open the chat and tell June what you want to play
2. Follow the interactive tools, with real-time feedback
3. Get a tailored next step every session: a song, a drill or a technique

Start your first guitar lesson with June today.

### 5/5 — Can afford it

*2026-10-16*

I just want to play songs, but this app does not make it possible, if you can’t afford it

### 1/5 — Aggressive app sales

*2026-10-04*

Far too many requests to pay for the app, or to try the free trial. This ridiculous. It gives you virtually no time to play the guitar or practice.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-07-18*

I tried it as a guitarist who tests out apps before recommending them to anyone and this one has potential but at the moment is not ready it doesn’t teach you guitar it gives you songs to play

### 2/5 — SO SLOW AND KEEPS REPEATING!

*2026-07-17*

I've just opened the app, I told it my name and that was all fine, it then asked my music taste and I said Hazbin Hotel, The Amazing Digital Circus, and Jujutsu Kaisen and it was running sort of smoothly, but then it asked me my guitar type, I said acoustic. It repeated the question, weird right? But I just thought it was a small error, so I said acoustic again, it failed, I said acoustic again, it registered that time, but then it kept happening, and also the AI's "thinking" time genuinely feels like a lifetime. FIX THIS PLEASE!

### 5/5 — Great App for learning in my own pace

*2026-04-28*

Good value for money

### 5/5 — Definitely replacing my teacher

*2026-04-28*

This is the first time I see AI being used for good. June understands how badly I do the F major chord and suggests trainers just from listening to my bad playing. Love this app!

### 5/5 — Funktioniert!

*2026-04-27*

Hat sehr gut funktioniert und mir bei meinem Gitarre spielen geholfen.

### 2/5 — Not ready

*2026-03-11*

It’s a really good idea and I think it has alot of potential but it’s really buggy and crashes a lot, I will change rating when it is fixed

**Developer response:** Thank you for trying the app! We constantly improve the app and fix bugs, and we hope you'll try it again soon.

### 5/5 — Like ChatGPT for guitar

*2026-02-20*

Works really well, June is smart, patient and fun. I learned meaningful things. Good song library

### 1/5 — Bug

*2025-12-24*

L'app ne marche pas
