A: Please reach out to our support staff at Cuff Media Group and we'll work with you until you find photos you're happy with.

A: Follow our guidelines! Don't just take 20 selfies with the same clothes and background. Switch it up as much as you can!

A: We have to use expensive computers to generate your AI in a short period of time (usually under 30 minutes!) This means we have costs high enough where we can't offer credits for free. A: LevelUp collects images of your face, including details of your eyes, nose, hair, mouth, skin, and other facial features necessary to train an AI model.
