I just renewed my subscription $4.99 and it’s not generating the hugging video. How do i get my money back

**Developer response:** Sorry about that — a renewal that doesn't generate isn't the experience we want. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase. For the generation failure itself, message us through the Support link on our App Store page with the photo type and template you used, and we'll look into it.

Pointless, paid £4.99 to create a video of me and my dad hugging, app doesn’t do anything just says processing and nothing else, even after I left my phone for over an hour! DONT BOTHER!

The videos are not too bad; however, they need a lot of improvement. First off, there is no way to contact their support by email in the app. Also, can not get to the video library without generating a video. The videos themselves take a while to generate and I have not been able to view any of them until I first generated another video. When I did I could see the videos I had previously generated but not the one I was generating until I started another one. They also need an option to use a two person photo in their video templates. Right now you can only do single person photos. Waiting right now to see if any improvements are made.

**Developer response:** This is genuinely useful feedback — thank you for taking the time. You're right on all three counts: support should be reachable from inside the app, the library shouldn't require generating a video to open, and a finished video should show up without you having to start another one.
