I bought a 2nd week long subscription and midway through they added a point system where they charge you points for every video. what's the point of that because I'm sure as people have told you the videos are far from an accurate it's like one good video out of 100 attempts.

 I mean this used to be such a fun app before they started charging points. Do you really think it's good business to charge your customers for a 1 in 100 chance for a result they want to see. the odds are stacked against us. we only have a 1 in 100 chance to get what we spent our points on. makes no sense. the subscription fee should be enough

You Are Limited Even If You Purchase the Lifetime Membership With There Points. Plus If The Video Or Anything You Need Points For That Doesn't Come Out Properly You Will Still Lose Your Points. It's A Flawed App And Support Does Nothing But Keep Sending You Messages That They Are Improving The App.  It constantly Fup The Eyes Of Brown People And change Their face to a different person.

On my first photo it managed to remove the scratches but made it slightly more blurry.
On my second and third photos the colorisation was very poor.
It was a waste of £3.99.

### 4/5 — Often good, Occasionally great. Manage Your Expectations

One thing you must first Do is manage your expectations. I dont war that to be rude but we have become so accustomed to instant results.   If your photo your trying to improve has poor lightning, had objects all the same color or are damaged your results will not go from a fuzzy to fantastic. AI is in its infancy and will only improve.

Though I don't work as tics was I once used to (neck pain/horrible headaches) I've learned lighting, contrast, damage and colors make a huge impact to what you will get out of apps that use AI to enhance a photo.

I start of with the native "Photo editor" or "Snapseed" or other apps to lighten, darken, denoise, upscale, and contrast, or sharpen the image.  I sometimes may sž use "Evoke" save the result then use the native "Photo editor" or "Snapseed" to improve the image and try it again.  Patience pays off.

Sort it out, you don’t need that much money for something you claim to do for free in ads. No features available for free accounts, money hungry scroungers, absolutely disgusting. Hope this is taken off of the App Store soon for the scamming you’re doing.

Odd that there’s a “Free Trial” button but it just takes you to the subscribe screen. Seems kind of underhand and not what I’d expect of an honest company. I’m not subscribing without trying first…especially in light of the other reviews here.

When an App suggests you can try it Free,  then after you download it you find its Pay or You Can’t Try it at all then you know why it only has 126 reviews but tonnes of Downloads. Not worth a dime if I can’t try it first. Disappointing 😕

On advertisement there is a free trial. But once you download there is nothing free even a one time. So stay away any app which charge you straightaway without any try.

The so-called enhancements are terrible. They are worse than the originals. Lines are jagged and areas are blurred. 

The photo colorization is a joke. It does almost nothing. In a photo of multiple people only two faces had a slight bit of barely noticeable color. Everything else remained black and white. 

 Most features cannot be used without paying an outrageous amount of money. This app is so bad that it is inconceivable that anyone would pay anything for it. It is the worst photo editing app of any kind that I have ever seen. Apple really needs to add a zero stars option. This app doesn’t deserve any stars.

Just seen an advert for this app on FB.  It shows a video of a little girl slowly aging into a an old woman.  Having just lost a family member this would be beautiful. Bought the app and guess what?  This function doesn’t even appear on the app. Thanks for that!

At first it was great I even got the one time purchase and you could do all you wanted but in the last update you have to buy points to do any ai hugs and it’s 220 points so I have paid £59 pounds for nothing and they said you get 1000 points every week that you just making 4 ai generation and if you want more you have to buy, and if you don’t like the way it’s came out you lost 220 points and ended up with nothing. So if you want a better cheaper app and you can do all the same as this app with out any points get Livensa best app ever don’t waste your money on this app.

I started a free trial (pushed the free trial button), uploaded 2 photos and tried the AI enhancement - the results were horrible. So I immediately cancelled the subscription, but looks like they already charged my card for one week of use. Not sure how it was supposed to work - I wrote to support, will see.
So I contacted support and got a response explaining how to cancel a subscription. I replied asking more questions, like why a free trial turned into charging my card anyway, I got the same exact response. So the “AI” just sends the same pre-generated response from Bella to any of your questions.

This app is really really bad. One of the worst that I ever seen. People really do not look like after the photo has been treated and the worst, they try to bill you annually and no chance you get refund the future there looks like interest, they are not available for demo. This app is a joke, and not worth the trouble. Their free trial is guess what, far from free. As soon as you select photo(s) to see how it works, it prompts you for much more money. Perhaps if they actually offered a true free experience, and one could see if they were able to figure out good enough AI coding to have some fun with pictures, it would be a different review. Not many people are willing to fork out a lot of money for what would in most cases be garbage.

Rating it 5 stars so people can see it. When I say this is by far one of the worst. And I mean THEEEE WORSTTTT ai apps I have ever downloaded. I would give props for doing a free trial as most apps lack that but then again maybe it was a tactic used to get people to use your trash app. The ai hug or whatever dose not work in the slightest, it distorts and looks like something out of your worst nightmares, 
It’s lazy and instead of generating ORIGINAL ai photos of your partner it just generates a crappy face swap, the future child looks nothing like me and my spouse…all of the filters are pure trash and it’s insane how many positive reviews this trash app has. I rate this app 0 stars. -10/10 do NOT recommend. I’m glad I didn’t water my actual money on this trash. 🗑️ Do better.

I was confident the flashy app advertisement would bear no resemblance to the actual result - however I was completely mistaken. I am truly astonished…..

This is a giant leap forward in affordable colourising and all round polishing of old b&w photos. It truly made them come to life after decades of languishing forgotten.

I do love the app & the restorations that the app has turned up have been utterly amazing but I will say you need to add an eyecolor feature so the user can choose the eye color issue on their own cuz the AI is hit & miss there‼️

I tried a variety of different photos, with different subjects, resolution, and level of detail, in a half dozen photo enhancing apps, and this one consistently produced the best result.  Would be 5 stars if we had the option to download as a PNG or HEIC.
