AiIA is your AI interview coach. Drop in a job description, attach your
résumé, and Nova — your voice-based AI interviewer — adapts every
question to the role you're applying for. Then you get a feedback
report that actually tells you what to fix.

Most of 1.2 is invisible: we added session recording on our side so we
can find and fix the rough edges you're hitting. Plus a few quality
improvements:

• Snappier interview start. Less waiting between tapping the duration

• Bug fixes around onboarding, the résumé chip on Profile, and the
  "Tap to submit answer" cue in interviews.

• Privacy policy updated to reflect our use of Microsoft Clarity for

• Faster first interview. New onboarding puts you in your first practice
  session in under a minute — free-text role, duration picker, and the
  Sharpen-it card right there.

• Richer reports. Persona, four competency scores (structure, specifics,
  communication, role fit), per-question feedback with model answers,
  and concrete answer rewrites.

• Real interviews, too. Recorded recruiter sessions now show on Home
  with playback + AiIA's expected-performance estimate.

• Clearer cues. The submit button now reads "Tap here to submit answer"
  so it's obvious when to act after you've spoken.
