AI Interviews is a private, on-device hiring copilot for iPhone and iPad. Teams can record live interviews or import interview material, transcribe audio locally, generate AI summaries, scorecards, evidence, recommendations, and hiring memos, then compare candidates and export decision-ready reports.

Built for hiring managers, recruiters, interview panels, founders, and teams that want structured interview documentation without sending candidate data to third-party cloud tools, AI Interviews helps replace scattered notes with one clear mobile workflow. 

With AI Interviews, you can:

Privacy is the core product story. Processing is positioned as on-device, no cloud upload is part of the core workflow, no account is required, and recordings, transcripts, and analysis stay on device. The app also supports optional biometric app lock and anonymize-by-default controls.
