Très mauvaise appli, l’IA parle italien avec un accent anglais ! C’est n’importe quoi !

7日間無料レッスン後の課金コース設定を終えた後、その先に進むことが出来ず何のレッスンも出来なかった。一度アプリを削除して入れ直したり本体を再起動して見たダメだったので諦めて速攻サブスクを解約した。どんなプログラムなのかくらい知りたかったな

ご指摘のとおり、7日間の無料トライアル後に課金プランを選択したにもかかわらず、レッスン画面に進めなかったというのは重大な不具合です。本来であれば、すぐにレッスンを開始できる状態であるべきでした。

アプリの再インストールや端末の再起動を試しても改善しなかったとのこと、重ねてお詫びいたします。現在、この問題について原因の調査と修正を進めています。

無料期間中に解約された場合、請求は発生しませんのでご安心ください。万が一不明な請求があった場合は、Appleの返金ページ（reportaproblem.apple.com）から簡単に対応できます。

本来であれば、どのような学習体験ができるアプリなのかをしっかりお見せしたかったです。貴重なご意見をありがとうございました。

Fun language application. It helps me easy and fast to learn Italian. Especially, using Ai, it is more flexible than ordinary app
