Particularly strong in capturing and synthesizing in an excellent manner live, in person and longer meetings and workshops. Equally strong in virtual meetings. Captured by far the most speech of any similar app. Gets it right far more than other apps. Really simple to use. I love the feature whereby you can assign speakers by way of a short voice clip !! Having used other note takers in a previous role as a Financial Adviser I recently went self employed and needed an affordable option to the likes of Avenie and this is it. Excellent flexibility on what you want in the notes, affordable and very accurate. I'm able to use it as a personal assistant. Everything from taking notes to capturing tasks and being able to connect it with Claude. It has made me incredibly productive. In a meeting context it is able to pick up different voices from around the table and even softly spoken contributors are clearly recognised within the notes. It has genuinely helped reduce the pressure of trying to capture everything manually, allowing me to stay engaged in the conversation whilst still leaving with clear actions, summaries and key discussion points afterwards. Best, Lina ### 2/5 — Nichts für mich *2026-02-12* Zunächst das Positive: Die App funktioniert zuverlässig. Nur leider nicht genau genug. Bei jedem meiner Gespräche, bei dem das Handy mit der gestarteten App prominent in der Mitte des Tisches lag, war die Fehlerquote des Aufgezeichneten exorbitant hoch. Egal, ob das Gespräch zwischen zwei oder 6 Personen stattfand. Hätte ich während des kompletten Testzeitraumes nicht parallel meine üblichen Notizen gemacht, hätte das Verwenden der fehlerhaften Mitschriften wirklich fatale Folgen gehabt. Als Ergänzung zu meinen Notizen hätte ich die App weiter verwendet aber ganz bestimmt nicht zu diesem Preis. Meine Gespräche dauern zwischen 2 und 3 Stunden, da passte auch keines der Abo-Modelle. So it just spins. Not a big deal except if you count on this blindly for note taking you don’t know when it will randomly decide this is the meeting it won’t upload. I had one today. Lina ### 3/5 — Solid, but feature lacking unless you use the desktop app *2025-12-18* While I do love the Desktop app for meetings throughout a wide variety of services, the mobile app doesn't support call notetaking. The problem is that Microsoft Teams, which in fact has an extension on the desktop app, is seen as a phone call. Meaning the app will just work for in person meetings (or if you so wish, slap the phone next to the speaker). For the price, I think its too much if you only use it for inperson meetings and aren't planning on using it for online meetings. ### 3/5 — Solid but very pricey *2025-12-09* I tried out the app and find it is a solid, well-built product. What I cannot come around to is paying almost 500 euros for an annual pro subscription…feels like this is targeting the business/enterprise market and excludes individuals and indie makers. Several competitors are priced at 100 per year so cannot justify a 500% up charge for a single use product. ### 5/5 — Outstanding quality of notes *2026-08-26* I have tried a lot of different note takes, but the only one that really sticked is Jamie. Jamie seems to recognise voices. The transcript doesn’t miss a beat, and the summary is very useful for minute taking. As a Secretary for many volunteer committees, it save me so much time, as the editing afterwards is minimal. I only have the free version, as above, these are voluntary organisations. Well done the Jamie team. It is indeed perfect for us ### 5/5 — Great tool *2026-07-15* I’ve used Jamie for several months now. It works amazingly well summarizing conversations with multiple people. I tried the paid versions of almost anything out there. Nothing gets even close in real world application for someone who spends 4 hours per day as average in meetings, mostly online and with multilingual non-english native peers about deep technical, financial and legal matters. I only keep Plaud as second support for the discretion the recorder provides for in-person meetings. I ended deleting everything else I tried. I use it during customer meetings and business calls and it does an excellent job capturing the important points while I stay focused on the conversation.
