## What is AI Meeting Note Taker?

Turn conversations into clear notes and useful next steps.

AI Meeting Note Taker - Noter helps you capture meetings, lectures, interviews, and everyday ideas. Record audio or upload an existing recording to get a transcript, an organized summary, and key takeaways you can return to whenever you need them.

Spend less time writing notes and more time listening, learning, and taking part.

RECORD OR IMPORT AUDIO

Capture conversations directly in the app, with the option to pause and resume recording. Already have an audio file? Upload it to turn existing recordings into notes you can review and use.

GET THE MAIN POINTS

Make sense of long recordings with AI-generated summaries, key points, and action items. Review the essential information before a follow-up meeting, revisit a lecture, or refresh your memory without replaying the entire conversation.

REVIEW YOUR TRANSCRIPTS

Read through the conversation with speaker labels that help you follow who said what. Rename speakers for clarity and listen back to the original audio whenever you need more context.

ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR NOTES

Explore each recording with built-in AI chat. Ask “What did we decide?” or “What are the next steps?” and get answers based on the conversation. Clarify details and revisit important topics without manually working through the transcript.

MAKE YOUR SUMMARIES YOUR OWN

Choose a short, medium, or detailed summary. Use Meeting, Lecture, or General templates, or let the app select one automatically. Set your preferred summary language and transcription language to suit the way you work and study.

TURN DISCUSSIONS INTO ACTION

Add action items from a summary to your built-in to-do list. Keep useful next steps close to the notes that inspired them and track what needs to happen next.

KEEP EVERYTHING ORGANIZED

Group notes into folders and save important summaries to Favorites for quick access. Edit your summaries, then share the text or original audio with colleagues, classmates, or anyone who needs the context.

Whether you’re preparing for an exam, reviewing a client conversation, or capturing a new idea, AI Notetaker helps you put your recordings to use.

Create your first summary for free. An active subscription is required to create additional summaries.
