Recently, I have been receiving error messages, and it does not create at all. This is quite frustrating, to the point that I have relinquished my subscription, leaving a valuable document in abeyance. It would have been a five, but the app is not creating the document. There are more reliable apps, don’t waste your money! ### 1/5 — AI "notetaker" can't answer questions or edit summary *2025-01-01, version 1.35* i've used a few AI notetaking apps and a key feature is to be able to dive deeper with the AI chatbot - ask it for a more robust summary for a certain timestamp, to consolidate all mentions of something, etc. but this one isn't capable of any of that - the basic summary from the recording is okay but i cannot get the AI chatbot to answer ANY questions. it just says it's perpetually "typing." if the app can't manage its basic functionality, what's the point? it's a glorified transcriber. ### 1/5 — BAD *2024-12-14, version 1.34* I am absolutely furious and disgusted with how a software company/developer has treated their 'lifetime' subscribers. Every time I attempt to analyze a video—whether it’s long or short—the app crashes or displays an error. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no success, and it’s clear the app is unreliable. This has been a complete waste of money and feels like a scam. Your recording fails to transcribe and goes into a “failed recordings” folder. When you try to recover it for transcription, you get an error message saying the problem will be fixed in 5-6 minutes, but it never is.
