When you click on that to see more information it says: Pro Account $0.00, 300 Minutes $5.99, 120 Minutes $2.99, and 60 Minutes $1.99. To use this App for any purposes, the transcription is charged by the minute. The 300, 120, and 60 Minutes pricing listed is correct. However, the Pro Account $0.00” for Minutes is NOT correct! Whether the developer has wittingly or unwittingly made this deception, either way, please be aware that when you purchase a Pro Account, unlimited or free minutes is NOT a benefit! There is no way to use this App other than to buy Minutes as detailed above! Even though I have the Pro Account, I am deleting the App right now! I can’t afford the Minutes! ### 1/5 — Please fix asap *2024-11-14* I downloaded the app again. Completed onboarding & discovered the $00 premium lifetime doesn’t work. Please fix. This is the second time you have run this promotion & there is a problem with the ability to purchase the $0 lifetime subscription. Hi developers was your recent advertising for $00 premium lifetime false & misleading advertising? I have emailed you three times immediately to ensure that I don’t miss out on the advertised promotion , with both screenshots & pdf to let you know that your advertising for free unlimited $00 premium life time subscription is not working after onboarding to redeem & to please fix it asap . You did not fix it, or ensure accounts that download your app after your promotion advertised was immediately upgraded to $00 premium lifetime. The fact that you did nothing to help or rectify anything , for your company’s failures it’s definitely a zero 0️⃣ service and I will forward complaint to Apple and consumer protection for false & misleading advertising. Day of advertising- can you please fix pronto? I downloaded your app after reading about the free $00 premium lifetime promotion, unfortunately after following all the instructions the upgrade page brings up the $00 premium lifetime promotion then after tapping on it to redeem / claim/ restore the page doesn’t process it. I received it during a special promotion that promised it would be free for life, but now they're asking me to pay $12.99 a month. I don’t use it enough to justify that cost. And with a special deal to upgrade to pro I figured that would be fine however, pro doesn’t really add much and if you have pro you should have unlimited minutes for transcribing. Not the case here. They charge a ridiculous amount for minutes to make transcriptions. Could be a five star app if pro included unlimited minutes for transcribing. Any app without a traditional, user-defined login will always get an immediate security fail from me, even before other factors such as 2FA/TOTP are considered. ### 1/5 — pro upgrade failed *2025-02-19, version 1.2.0* I got the pro version but now it won’t honour it. I installed it but then had to delete it for a reason then when i reinstalled it, it failed. Not sure if it’ll ever work again.
