We responded to your support request and, after you told us you had been unable to generate any songs, immediately added complimentary credits worth over twice as much as your $5 purchase(at no cost whatsoever) When we later reviewed the account history, it showed that nine songs had been successfully generated and that credits still remained. We also explained that the $5 credit pack was a one-time introductory offer and could not be purchased repeatedly. Even so, we have since made that offer permanent as a gesture of goodwill to our rapidly growing customer base. We retain the emails, purchase records, credit adjustments, and generation history documenting every part of this. We will always correct a genuine billing problem, but the record makes clear that this was not one. We have not removed and will not remove the complimentary credits you received.
