I’ve been trying to get my access back and I still cannot get my lifetime access back. I don’t respond to the email so I figured I will leave a review. I had two accounts with unlimited plan. I was able to get a refund on the $199 lifetime but snubbed on my account license from stack social. I was able to create close to 200 songs. I managed to download 13 songs and 72 beats, but the rest are ALL stuck on their broken server ### 1/5 — App let me down again *2026-01-29, version 3.4* I purchased this app once and it stopped working. I requested a refund. Once it was free I was able to use without issue, so I started paying for it again and now that I paid I haven’t been able to use it since. Now the app won’t even open. It won’t even let me sign in. It won’t even let me reset my password. This app totally sucks. This app doesn’t function. What’s going on with the traders of this app. I’ve paid for it twice and both times canceled the subscription because the stock functioning now it does not function at all. ### 1/5 — The app has been off-line for months *2026-01-26* Whenever you try and use the app it says that it cannot connect to the servers and tells you to restart the app. I’ve been doing this for months now and cannot access any of the songs I made, nor can I make any new songs. I bought the lifetime membership which was not cheap and was a sacrifice on my part, only for the developers to stop working and let the app just sit here. I’ve checked for any updates, and by reading the comments I see that it’s not just me having the problem. I don’t want to call it a scam just yet but I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase this app until you see some newly dated positive reviews. I’m happy but surprised that it’s still in the App Store because it gives me hope, but I don’t want anyone else to feel ripped off for paying for something they can’t use. When it worked it was amazing with great community features, I will say that… and I hope they will fix it soon for us. Please revamp and come back better. This is the worst app ever, I mean it looks cool and it even feels finished but the main purpose its the music generation, those queues are horrible. The times I go in to generate a song, it queues me up and after an hour, gives me a message that the song failed to generate. They replied after a few weeks and stated it’s all working now and I’ve been able to make several songs. Will update to 5 if it sticks. —— Customer support is non-existent. I’m on the latest version and on 18.5. The app only says the server is busy which I suppose is better than the “unavailable” maintenance message that plagued the app for a week or more even though they said it would be one day. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I paid for the largest subscription available because I think the app is great when it works. But it hasn’t for a long time. You can find plenty of people online asking about it. However, since then, I have experienced significant server instability. There are instances where I need to resubmit the same song 30-50 times before it processes, otherwise, it encounters errors. I have contacted support in the past, and they used to respond. Currently, I am not receiving any responses. I am uncertain about the server issues, and I am regretting my purchase. Update 9/16/25: The servers have remained unstable for several months, experiencing downtime. Additionally, support emails have not received responses. It is advisable to avoid using this application. Update 10/8/25: The servers are operational for browsing and playing previously created content. However, I have been unable to compose a new song for several months. I have reached out to Apple to request a refund for an abandoned app, but they are unable to assist.
