They took my money and I never received any product in return.. I contacted support again and they assured me that I would receive my credits back, but that never happened either. **Developer response:** Hi, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience. We recently released a major update that resolves the issue causing some music video generations to fail. Please update the app to the latest version and try again. We also understand your concern about the credits that were not returned. I paid for premium, but the video generation failed every single time. So I basically threw 15 € out of the window. This mess isn’t even close. I stupidly bought a years worth of credits expecting at least to be able to create something worthwhile. I emailed the developer and they told me that they were working on it, but it never worked. Since App Store purchases and refunds are managed directly by Apple, you can request a refund through Apple if you were charged for a service you didn't receive. I wish I did but I don’t. I started with the basic plan to see if I wanted to proceed even further. So far created one video that I started creating last night at around 8 o’clock on 6 Jul it is now seven July at 8 o’clock. And a video is still processing. this is my first impression of this app. So I will not be proceeding to any further. Please help. That would be over 5,400$ a YEAR !!!!!!! **Developer response:** Hi jankmug — you're absolutely right, this was a misconfiguration on our side: the yearly product was incorrectly set to weekly billing on Apple's end, which is why you saw "$99.99/week". This was never the intended price. We've removed that misconfigured product immediately and the fix is live.
