Paid for subscription and nothing changes it’s just a scam for money.

Purchased the unlimited and it didn’t work along with that it said the purchase didn’t go through and then double charged me for it

I bought the monthly subscription just for the app to say I don’t own the subscription. Keeps telling I need to buy it now but when I click on buy it says I own a subscription. No idea what’s going on but at this point I feel like they stole my money.
